Check-In
Teams will be able to do online check in prior to the event. However, teams that do not take advantage of the online check in process will have to check in to the event at least 1 hour prior to their first match. Failure to check in will result in forfeiture of all matches. Check in will be at the main registration tent. The tent will be located on the island/peninsula that juts out from the parking lot in the center of the main complex where all of the vendors will be. We will also have a tent at 4S Ranch Sports Park for those teams whose first game is at that facilty. Managers should bring with them: a team roster, laminated player passes, and medical release forms. Players passes should all be 2025/26 player passes from either US Club, USSSA, or USYS.
